for the years 1996, 1999 and 2002. More hazardous air pollutant values are available for download from http://www.epa.gov/ttn/atw/natamain/index.html. For comparison values, the EPA Preliminary Remediation Goal (PRG) Ambient Air Cancer Risk levels for these hazardous air pollutants in micrograms per cubic meter are as follows: ethylene oxide (0.019), 1,3 butadiene (0.061), methylene chloride (4.1), perchloroethylene (0.32), benzene (0.25), 1,3 dichloropropene (0.48), trichloroethylene (0.017). There are no PRG values for POM or dieselPM. The EPA PRGs are tools for evaluating and cleaning up contaminated sites. The "Ambient Air" values indicate indoor and outdoor air levels assuming a residential exposure scenario.
